Venting Mistaken for pedo

When I was 15, in school, we were watching this video about staying safe online or whatever and the video was about a pedo. After we had watched the video the class was made to sit in a circle and the teacher would ask students questions about it. At one point someone put there hand up to say something about the guy about the video and he mixed up my name with the name of the pedo in the video saying something like "I think that [my name]... I mean- I mean- [the pedos name]. And then everyone in the class laughed and looked at me and I laughed it off and the guy apologized whilst laughing. It made me feel bad at the time but worse in the future looking back on it because it took me a while to figure out that he actually may have mistaken my name for the pedos name deliberately to humiliate me infront of everyone. Whether or not he did this on purpose I still feel bad about it.

Earlier today a woman was walking in the opposite direction to me and I was anxious about making her feel scared of me so I deliberately made myself look down so that I didn't look threatening to her.

I struggle with people believing I have bad intentions. The truth is I have no bad intentions. I don’t see much point in defending myself by being honest about what my intentions are because when I’m honest about what my intentions are people don’t believe me and they’re fast to acuse me of lieing for being honest. When I told some foid I had no bad intentions it back fired on me because she was selling the panic about me saying “ I have screen shots of how much he is lieing “. Some lady even left her bike out the front of some store and makes eye contact with me to say to me “ don’t steal my bike “.
