Yeah, horniness is something they only experience at certain parts of the menstruation cycle and while a few high libido toilets exist, they're a minority (my guess is somewhere around 10%). Most toilets don't desire sex like we do, they have an enormous list of things a man need to have and then around circumstances before she is aroused enough to open her legs.

This all makes sense because she'll be carrying a fetus for 9 months and then take care of it for 12 years (historically) / 18 years (modern), in some countries like Italy and Slovenia even more than 40 years (if it's a boy).
