What is the minimum height requirement for a 6/10 face to do decently (say, one girl 4/10 or above every month or so)? Also repeat for 7 and 8 faces.

nope. even a 10/10 wouldnt do so well under at LEAST 5'7. height is more of a entry requirement where no matter how good your face is you need to be a certain height.

Surgery only works if you have a deformity or a bump
Well in my case I could get jaw implants, surgery for more forward growth of chin, and an implant for better brow ridge and I think I can make it to 6 possibly 7
