A single mother working as a waitress at Denny's in the 1980's had more spending power than a college educated cubicle drone in 2019.

For some simple examples, inflation-adjusted home prices have gone up by a factor of 6 and inflation-adjusted education prices have gone up by a factor of 3 over the past few generations [1], while inflation-adjusted average wages have only gone up by $2/hour [2]. That single mom would have had a dramatically easier time providing housing and education for kids even with lower purchasing power for most consumer goods.

Most people spend more money on rent / housing than on federal taxes.

Western Civilization is doomed

Slowly, slowly boyos :feelsokman:

China and India on the rise! Very nice. :feelsokman::feelsokman:

In the West, you have a education bubble where you have expensive but useless degrees, and a housing bubble which displaces ordinary working class people. No wonder there is so much pessimism. This is why the doomer meme exists.

They have a lot of growth left.

The west hit peak growth a few decades ago and it's all downhill.

The lower the demographics IQ, the optimistic they will be about the future

I have noticed this as well among my peers, pretty much everyone complains about depression and seems really joyless. This video was posted here some time ago by someone I forgot who it was but it's quite good.

Things have definitely slipped and they continue to slide further

Chinks and Curries can still look forward to the old-fashioned dream of marrying a virgin, building a family and getting your own house. That was what men in other parts of the world looked forward to in previous generations as well. What do the new generations of western men have to look forward to? An overpriced apartement, false rape accusations, a miminum wage job, debts etc.
The good news is that Gen Z will be too depressed and tired all the time to support Israel or faggotry like Boomers and Millenials do.

Ofc, it's because of the shit that gets spread on social media and the mass media
Jfl at clownworld

things will only get worse in near future for sure :feelsrope:

the rise of feminism caused this

Millennials and Gen Z increasingly realistic about their lives.

I can't afford a home but at least I can buy this overpriced hipster cell phone! :soy: :soy: :soy:

This is only the beginning....I hope both India and China implement gene editing in the near future

My generation is fucked, so am I.

it was so easy to have a good life back then. standards were lower, if you had an average job and saved your money you could live well

You have to suck the bosses dick hard these days to even get (and keep) a shite job these days.
Luckily I am (kinda rich) NEET for the moment.

But are ya rich in knowledge?

But are ya rich in knowledge?
Much more than I would be wageslaving.
As a wageslave you only get smart at doing your job, which most likely is useless to the world anyways. What you get real good at heeding your bosses every word, where your day is based on how you please him/her, like a true bitch

Now dont get me wrong, everybody has to do this eventually. But its funny to see from the outside in

ethnics are gods existence as a white is torture and is only going to get worse
jbw theorists are scapegoating us for their own failures as the most privileged people on earth, kicking us while we're down
