The irony being that GZ is a demo.
GZ has the better soundtrack, you actually get to play as Big Boss, whereas in TPP you're a cucked medic, GZ is also darker than TPP.
TPP fails at basically everything other than gameplay. The story is dogshit and the reveal in the end makes little sense (You can play as a black medic, yet fake Big Boss still ends up looking like a white American with blue eyes and brown hair).
The theme of TPP is dogshit. All the characters are reduced to shallow plates. Miller is the best example. He's basically one mood throughout the entire game and just annoying to listen to. Keeps repeating the same shit over and over again. Ocelot was reduced to an average soldier dude in his mid 40s, which is jarring to say the least.
Everyone acts like Huey is an asshole when honestly Diamond Dogs is dogshit. Idk why they haven't played more into the Outer Heaven faction, instead the game wastes its time establishing another new organisation. (Shit name btw, I'm a dog saar)
The missions are shit as well, usually just errand missions (Blow up this, extract that, get intel, save some nigger kids)
The Paz segment with Big Boss having PTSD is the best thing in this game, yet it feels unfinished af and no one mentions BB going into that room and talking to himself. Would've been nice to get this acknowledged by Miller asking BB "boss what are you doing there?" Or something similar. Most of it is relayed in Casette tapes and yeah no way I'm sitting on my ass for 20 hours to listen to all the casette tapes. Just make a story where the important and interesting shit gets relayed via cut scenes.
Skull face is a joke in TPP compared to the one in GZ. Why the fuck is he wearing Robins mask all of the sudden? He looks like shit. Looking like an IT troonfiltrator.
What pisses me off as well is that you lose all the things you have worked to get in the game. You lose all the cast basically (Quiet, Huey, Liquid) and the Metal Gear. Losing Huey and all that fiasco was just annoying to watch. So everyone hates him because he killed a foid and uses this to pin the fall of MB on him? Lol okay. Remember this is a mercenary organisation which engages in global terrorism, has child soldiers and is activley trying to get their hands on a nuclear arsenal. Of course in this game that is barely mentioned because Big Boss is still presented as a good guy. You collect "Hero points" in this game lmao.
There's also no proof of Huey being a traitor btw. The average cuckjima stan is supposed to have already developed negative feelings towards Huey for having killed a foid.
Of course GZ is basically just 1 mission and then side ops, but still. I had a better experience playing that than TPP.
