Mews sounds nice in theory but I don't know if they will re-shape our faces adequately, surely to strengthen jaw muscles we will also need neck bridges?

Also how do you even measure isometric success? Seems like you would need a pressure sensor inside your mouth to get numerical feedback on your strength improvements.

Bridges put way too much pressure on spine.
I've been doing plate neck curls for the past 2 years and added 4 inch to my neck.
My overall looks has gone up by 10% with a thicker neck.

Harness is good too.
I personally tie up my weights with a judo belt, that makes it more manageable.

Progressively overloading over slow controlled isolated reps in the 20-25 rep range(4 sets) 3-6 times a week is the key to consistent growth.
Most people fall for the junk volume with upwards of 100 reps and very light weight meme which is good for newbie gains and pump but you won't see long term growth with this method.

Can do higher reps for recovery but not worth it in my opinion. Lower reps not enough stimulation and higher reps not enough intensity.
4 sets of 25 reps is the best of both worlds.
I train flexion on day1, extension on day2 and side curls on day3 and repeat this cycle 6days a week. Very slow controlled reps.

I have a super weak tiny jaw, I'm not gonna waste my time doing this mewing nonsense when CHAD is born with it and doesn't need to do any of it. I have better more important things to focus on.
