I was mouthbreathing alot as a child. Wonder why they never teach that stuff in schools. It's something that you have use for 99% of time unlike most of the other stuff you learn.

watch mew's video on bruxism, you might develop some jaw issues if you do it incorrectly.

do you also have proper swallowing technique? if so how do you do it. also how does the maxilla move forward when the back of my tongue is only pushing upwards? doesnt make sense
