What surgery did you have? If you don't mind me asking. I had surgery to fix a malloclusion which slanted by bottom jaw to the left and made it protrude forward. Done for health reasons though.

Holy shit dude. Well A+ for effort. My opinion on surgery is that the most legit ones tend to be bone cutting (eg. Jaw or sliding genio), fat grafting or infraorbital implants for hollow eyes, hair surgeries if you're at least on meds first, rhino, and chin or mandibular angle implants.
Too much soft tissue surgery or fillers can give the "had plastic surgery" look.
Happy with the outcome? Thinking about more or you done? We all have an upper limit to reach.
