Am very short for my country, have severe akne and have a shitty chin, would say that I am a low-tier normie though lookswise due to other positive/compensating traits (being "fit", having not too bad eyes).

A mentalcel (which doesn't exist) is someone who has the ability to get female attention but is mentally unable to due to lack of confidence, autism, or some other brain related problem This clearly isn't the case for me.

I dont have to be a 2/10 short male to be an incel, and neither is everyone here. Further more, there is no way for me to accurately rate myself on a scale built for humans and not gorillas.
