Do you agree with that?

If a guy feels like he is too short then he doesn't have "body dysmorphia", he's just a manlet and women don't like manlets, therefore his insecurity is completely warranted. Him feeling bad about his height comes from this logical conclusion, therefore its not a sign of mental illness. Same goes for men who don't have a lot of muscle mass and guys who have small penises. Its all warranted, as women make fun of guys with these traits all the time. There are no women on this earth who prefer short men over tall men, or a small penis over a bigger penis.

For women on the other hand body dysmorphia is not really warranted. There are men fetishizing all kinds of women. Extremely overweight or "SSBBW", short, tall, anorexic skinny, long hair, short hair, curvy, flat, all kinds of body types, even midgets, and whatever. Therefore body dysmorphia is an actual mental illness for women.

If you're a woman, you're someones type. But if you're a man, then there's a over 90% chance that you aren't actually any woman's type. Unless you are a Chad and you're insecure about your looks, you don't have body dysmorphia if you're a man. You've just came to the logical conclusion about your own looks.

There's two ways to view body dysmorphia.

1. The person's crazy and their body looks fine.
This only really applies to women because men's naturally super high sex drive will make near to anything work.

2. The person's body is ugly to the point where it psychologically disturbs them enough from living a regular life.
This only really applies to men. Since male appearance is judged way higher both sexually and socially.

Nah it's definitely possible, look at .org for example. Guys that already look good performing DIY surgeries on themselves

I don't know. I used to be really fat, but I lost a bunch of weight. I'm healthy now, but sometimes I look in the mirror and worry I've started put it back on, even though I probably haven't. Not sure if that counts as dysmorphia.
