The two most important things in life, biologically speaking, are: 1) surviving and 2) reproducing.
When it comes to reproduction in the human species, women are the most important part. They are the ones who carry the baby during pregnancy and have the feeding bags. They do more than men. Both parts are necessary to create a baby, but the fact one man can impregnante a very large number of women in a short time, as well as pregnancy taking 9 months, make women the most vital part in this regard.
But what about survival? Here, men are the kings. Military- and security-related professions are dominated by men, who have superior physical strength, spacial reasoning, inclination to take risks, aggressiness, etc. We know men make better soldiers and even have a good historical example of how well all-female battalions do (they got defeated and raped by the enemy men).
When it comes to the work that has to be done for people to survive in the context of a modern society, like producing food, building and maintaining power, water supply, sewers, building and repairing stuff, we also know men are the vast majority there and that modern society wouldn't function - or even have been created in the first place - without men.
Although reproduction is absolutely vital in the long run, survival is even more important. If reproduction ceases for a while - for years, even - it can be resumed afterwards. Survival, on the other hand, is a continuous effort. Once you're dead, it's over and you can't reproduce anymore either.
With all of this made clear, let's talk about the modern western states and their concept of "rights". A "right" is nothing but an obligation someone has towards you; if you have a "right" to healthcare, for example, that means a doctor is forced to provide you with his services (and for that, one must either enslave him or, like it's the preferred way these days, force people to pay taxes to fund his work).
The most common criteria for what should be a right or not, which can often be seen being used by Inceltears, is whether or not your life depends on it. Healthcare? Food? Security? You have a right to all of those according to them. Sex, love and reproduction? Well, you won't die without it, so, laissez faire up in this bitch and fuck the lower classes (despite the fact reproduction, or at least the psychological perceiving of it through sex and relationships, is the second biggest goal of life after surviving and failing to fulfill it produces intense emotional pain and frustration in the average person, like we know well).
Since things related to survival are considered a right by modern western states, but things related to reproduction aren't (unless it's the "right" of having the state kill your fetus with tax money, but that's a topic for another time), that means men are forced to do the part more intensively attributed to them (working, especially in crucial jobs which are almost exclusively male like aforementioned, and being robbed of the fruits of their work), but women aren't forced to do theirs.
