What is a shower ?
never. showering is for normies.
3x a week is my go to... Tuesday and Thursday nights, and Sunday mornings for church. There's really no need to do more. Back in school I was closer to 2x per week.

Once every 3 days or so. I used to shower 2x a day back in high school because I thought it would help my acne to keep my skin as clean as possible, turns out it probably dried out my skin and aggravated it.

Depends on my planned social activities. I shower to avoid social embarrassment rather than as a result of true compulsion to be clean.

I used to shower once a week for a long time then at one point I was doing it 5 times a day because my skin was so fucked up (which probably just made it worse, but I felt like I needed to shower because my skin would give me this super weird feeling that just drove me crazy lol, it was a bad time). Now like 2-3 times a week, yeah.

I shower every day but I only use cold water so it doesnt damage my skin and hair so much

Nothing worse than waking up and throwing some clothes on, and you sit in your classroom or at work where you are in close proximity of people. A minute later you notice that your clothes has funky smell and a Stacy that you like who is sitting near you notices. You can here her mumbling about your body odor.

I shower everyday no matter what. If I didn’t then I would have more problems than I already have.

As much as I need to, but never less than once every two days. For example if i excercise or humid weather or get dirty or have a formal event I’ll shower maybe more than once in a day . If I just rot in my room I can skip a day.

Every day, I can't stand not taking a shower in the morning. Weirdly enough I sweat a lot even though I'm skinny

I shower every time I go to work or go out somewhere. If I'm just sitting home LDARing and only making one or two quick trips out for food that day to a drive through I don't shower. If I'm off work for several days sometimes I don't shower for like 3 days because I'm too lazy and it's a waste of soap and deoderant to clean myself up just to sit in my room and LDAR.
Basically if I'm making contact in close proximity with people outside my immediate family that day then I shower. This has always been my rule.
