This guy is named Hal is obviously an analogy of the blackpill here's why:

He is fat and overweight with the worst kind of nose features out there and low and behold he has a crush on a reporter with a nice body he makes romantic attempts on her and she finds every excuse to not even be with him she has kept him in the friend zone because she wants to be nice and he is ugly

Megamind disguises himself as this guy Bernard he is not even Chad but an ok looking normie so of course she (the reporter falls in love with him)due to the fact he isint even ugly so when Hal finds out megaminds sceme to take his "love" from him (after megamind turned into titan) he goes mad and that's why he is the antagonist: INCELDOM
