It was bouldering.

the host was late and a couple turned up, so i avoided joining until the host turned, with also his noodle gf

i already knew the host briefly and he is cool enough

alas i was a single incel being a third wheel to two couples.

one of the guys was an american tallfag htn (of course) and the host is a manlet, which explains his noodle gf.

anyway they were all cool and friendly, but of course i was the at the bottom of the pecking order

it is a step above ldar anyway.

This is probably the best thing that a loner that is unsure of himself can do. If you get positive attention from women doing this, it means you're attractive and you can ascend. If not, you may as well just LDAR because it's over for you.
