It isn’t exactly about the principles of Feminism/Leftist ideology itself is inherently against men as it is ultimately humanitarian but the idea that seemed to fester over the years that men as a collective are responsible for the atrocities committed by the minority; and the idea that the cis straight man is inherently a horrible person as they conform to societal norms.
The average man, despite how people would like to describe them, is not at all misogynistic or against female values; if anything, they are the opposite of that no matter their centralist political ideology (people who bases someone’s entire person based on centralist votes are utterly clueless as there is far more thought that goes into determining which party they vote for, and they aren’t everything you hate because of them picking a different choice you don’t agree with).
However, media nowadays seems to like to paint political division as though it was a gender division since the 2016 elections between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump caused heavy scrutiny from the fact that America narrowly avoided its’ first female president (people seem to ignore the fact that both sides’ policies were equally shit just like most recent elections, most of the voters only voted based on tribalistic mindsets to vote for their side no matter how shit it is); although the “gender wars” existed before then, it was much more of an online phenomenon with Radfems going against Red-pilled tards.
Ever since then, there has been an agenda on both sides to split the nation through the Left telling women and LGBTQ+ individuals that their issues are caused by men, specifically that a small sub-group of men (dumb incels that went on a shooting spree, Political leaders despite EVERY SINGLE POLITICAL CANDIDATE BEING CORRUPTED DOESNT MATTER IF ITS A WOMAN, red-pilled dudes etc) actually represent the majority of men despite the groups being niche and both Centralist Political Parties being corrupted down to it’s foundations the moment America started to accept this pseudo-two party system as “demoncracy”. The same can be said for men with the Right, I won’t argue with that as it is clear as day a large part of this gender war had been artificially inflated.
Whether or not the majority of women are truly pushing this, it doesn’t even matter as it is the fact that the media paints it as though it is the opinion of the majority, leading to herd mentality where more and more women start subconsciously hating men through confirmation bias with men doing the same thing as well towards women.
You can see this through the Politics side of Tiktok, with women in the comments constantly blaming men(specifically cis straight men) in the comments for any issue that may arise and men doing the same thing for women and the LGBTQ+; both getting shit ton of likes, and videos getting thousands close to millions of shares.
And when either side consumes more content that only confirms how they view women and/or men? It only solidifies their bias further, it’s genuinely fucking funny at times reading how certain women view the average man now.
It’s getting to the point that it is leaking outside of the internet as well with the dating market collapsing into itself as less and less women are willing to date the normie guy due to being conditioned that there is a large chance he is going to be an “incel” (jfl, people love throwing the term around for just anyone they don’t like)
And when the young man growing up sees that the Left actively paints them in a bad light, placing them under scrutiny because they EXPECT the worst out of him especially once he grows up meanwhile the Right tells him he matters and doesn’t treat him as some alien creature that is going to destroy the world; it is pretty easy which side he is going to support, same can be said for young women as well but still.
Remember that majority of votes comes from cis men as well despite all the push for more women to start voting, so forcing a gender war will only ever make it so that the Right comes out on top.
There is also other factors that come into play, i.e. religion and tradition that can influence women into voting right as well; there has also been MASSIVE backlash against the Left from groups of women that felt threatened by trans activism which is completely related to how transgendered individuals are painted on the media so even certain Left women start seeing the some of the Left’s political pushes poorly and it is surprisingly certain Radfems that are the ones most against it.
The funny thing about the artificially boosted gender wars is that it left trans people in a grey area as there are now a group of radical left activist women that actively refuse to view trans women as real women but as perverted men because of how Radfems had been so conditioned to hate any male at birth individual
even if they try to accept them, when trans women try to get things like access to women’s bathroom it is leading to huge pushback from their own side.
Its a shitshow, honestly.
