>Go to DMV
>Buy a car
>Get insurance and registration
Marriage:

Both these systems allow for failure. Not everyone will succeed getting their license the first try similar to not every relationship turning into marriage.

last year when i was looking at driving test questions i checked the german ones too and they were brutal, everything looked more complex than the romanian tests, more complex scenarios of interactions between intersections, multiple cars, buses etc
