Prime Minister Mark Carney is going to use Keynesian Economics to thwart a recession, boost Canadian wages, channel international capital into the Canadian economy, educate Canadian workers in the skilled trades, and build millions of housing units for Canadians. This will allow Canadians to spend less on rent, save a larger portion of their money, and invest in new projects to further stimulate the Canadian economy and grow their wealth.

There may even be a point where holding Canadian citizenship will be a path to ascension because toilets will want to marry Canadians for their citizenship.

I’m fine with it, then again I’m American not Canadian.

It’s easy to talk abstractly about how great a society with no social safety net would be when you know if you get sick you’ll have health insurance. You have no idea what it’s like to live without insurance, I wish I could say the same.

maybe we live different lives but I am the peasants or poor, while I think rich and wealthy people are sometimes good people they don't mix well with politics nothing ever channels wealth to us we've increasingly become more poor over the years or at least I have

i'm poor, disabled and almost homeless 24/7, pretty much all of society seems to not support this group of people I don't really follow politics or subscribe to any ideology but I seem to always get fucked over by wealthy people in politics or in general, but I don't think they shouldn't be wealthy they either got lucky or did something right clearly

I live with my mother but we both live on extremely tight budgets risking eviction every month, she's disabled and can't work and I can't work either but the government doesn't support me in anyway, my life is vastly more stable these days than my childhood, during my childhood I used to live without running water or electricity or heating for months, i've struggled with health issues also from birth, I probably have some of the worst teeth on this forum. But these days I am more stable but still very poor often skipping meals

not really its quite hard to get anything for disabilty, my mother who had multiple storkes and brain aneurysms didn't get approved till her 3rd attempt with a lawyer over the course of 3 years, during that time I had to live on the streets, at friends houses or family and skipped lots of meals, and my mother worked her whole life till 50 and she only gets 1100 a month from the government and that often all goes to our rent leaving us with nothing left for food or other expenses we make by only by doing odd jobs

just hanging out around town, my mother is still allowed to drive and is still mobile so she helps the elderly who can't leave their homes get groceries and stuff, I often help the people around town with pc issues since i'm tech savy my mother typically does all the client finding since i'm quite bad at talking to people

A lot of the disabled are good people, but most people hate us especially young people with disabilites, but its something you get used to, I've still some how managed to find a way to be somewhat stable in my life for now, thanks for the kind words brocel
