In nature manlets wouldn’t be bullied as much. Think about it, we live in a civilization where everyone is forced to coexist together despite some people being objectively better (better looking, smarter, low inhib, etc) than other people. In our natural state we would be in the wild in a small tribe of people who look similar to us. Manlets (if they were fit for survival) would have women of their own because the women likely would never meet taller men unless their tribe got raided. The women would see their mate as the only man in the world, and since there are no laws in nature the manlets would be free to take what’s theirs in Ark Survival: Evolved

Average height has gotten taller, I wasn't exactly right in my previous statement the truth is no-one really knows much about human social dynamics pre-agriculture, but sexual selection was still a thing, but evolution is not a perfect process either.
