I’m pretty damn happy with myself. I have started to have real trouble leaving the house, and have a lot of anxiety about city driving. I had to go pick my sister up and managed to drive for nearly an hour across the heart of my city and back. I was shaking from the adrenaline part of the way and almost missed some turns, but I made it without an accident or panic attack.

Hopefully if I keep making myself do it, it should get easier.
Not directly related to being an incel I know, but it’s nice to have some good news to report for once.

Nice, I've been getting into driving recently. I'm going to get my proper license soon so I'm not driving illegally anymore.

I haven't driven a car for almost 2 years now, the last time I did I remember my legs shaking on the pedals. I don't really have a need for driving anywhere since I enjoy long walks with my headphones but it would be nice to master that anxiety I have.
