Notice how the news blurs out the woman's face, but not the man's face? Because the woman is a "victim". Pretty soon women are going to be able to get away with drunk driving because they were "too drunk to consent to driving".

I live close to where this happened, and the only redeeming thing about the story is that when they aired this on TV one of the guys they interviewed said "The woman isn't a victim - the victim is society" but they cut that out of the online version.

The law in America very specifically states that:

(1) Only men can rape women (women cannot legally rape men unless they use a dildo to penetrate him),
(2) All men who have sex with drunk women are rapists,
(3) Women are responsible for nothing if both people are drunk.
