If there was a foolproof way to get a new foreskin (I don’t think restoration is) I would consider it

AFAIK there are research on how to use stem cells to regenerate the foreskin, but it was lacking funding to proceed as fast as they wanted to. Also I've read this on a restoration page long time ago, they listed the orgasm intensities as:

1. Uncut = 10/10
2. Cut = 2-3/10
3. Restored = 7/10
