Making money using other peoples youtube videos

How are some channels able to steal youtube videos from the real channels and make money from it.

There are some yt channels I've seen that steal gold digger pranks from other channels and post the vids on their channels. They get like 2million views.

The channel is montetised too

How the fuck do you do that?

Anyone tried something like this? seems like a good way to make money.

Probably just reupload these videos to their channel

Just reupload them with a better title and hope that the original creator can't prove that they have rights to the video or can't be bothered
