He has requested a ban for a while, so he can't have changed it himself.

You said it in your thread title, it must be getting hacked by mods.

The question is which mod. They will likely barge in here covering each other's ass and saying "it wasn't me". They may even try and push the narrative that not a single one is guilty. But make no mistake, that avi could only be changed by mods.
