You as a lowiqcel ,preferable youngcel because I experience this during my late teens, will experience two types of treatments of foids at work. The first one is the mean that includes stink faces and bitter tone of voice. The second one is the maternal treatment. She isn't displaying the mating signals but she talks you slow and soft like if you were 4 years old and teachs you everything(everything about of job). I experienced this when I was new at job from foids who were around my age. NT men and most women don't have the same patience if you are lowiqcel. This when you aren't brutally mogged in the three departments by other man (height, face and race).

I had Special Ed in highschool, foids would act polite to me because they wanted to appear benevolent to other people. Yes its like those things to help equality can be ok.. but better is to fix the underlying problem altogether.

Ya I was working on a eugenics plan for India. And it was very simple the first aims plan in the 1st generation. Curries in the top 50% of genetic quality would have 2.2 children on average. While curries in the bottom 50% of genetic quality would have 1.8 children on average.

So we start with 10 million people as our sample. (less than 1/100th India) And India's currently fertility rate is 2.0, with replacement estimated at 2.1, for a nice slow decline.

At the start 5 million are in the top 50% and 5 million in the bottom 50%.

But the 1st generation 4.5 million would be from the bottom 50% parents.
And 5.5 million would be from the top 50% parents.

It also could be quintiles like your 8+ example..

Staying with the 50/50 split, the bar of genetic quality to be in the top 50% would then move up for generation 2.

High IQ. The details of the program can be adjusted depending on the situation and the country.
My point is eugenics isn't necessarily this evil inhumane unethical thing as we've been taught. It can be done very humanely and you can get the public to support it including the people who may not have the highest genetic quality. Moreover China has proven with its one child policy that the state 100% CAN control the number of children, so a eugenics program is definitely not out of the question.
