According to what I've been studying online, these 3 foods are highly anti estrogeneic and therefore promote testosterone. If you're a low T beta cuck, try eating one or more of these foods daily in liberal doses and report back to us if it made any difference. Doesn't matter the type of mushroom btw, as long as it's not poisonous.

These are just going to make you more unstable hormonally, it won't do any good. Your body doesn't produce enough T because it sees no reason doing so. You'll have to start surviving, competing, fighting, and be physical active overall to get rid of estradiol weakness. Dies change alone is not enough.

I don't think it'll help much, more effective to not eat processed stuff, vegetable oils, and grain fed stuff.

That's part of it. But the logic I'm trying to convey here is- consuming foods that directly, physiologically convert estrogen to testosterone in theory couldn't hurt and are worth a shot.

Yeah but if they're non organic aka flooded with artificial hormones and antibiotics, that's literally one of the worst things you can eat for testosterone production. Maybe the worst. Your average vegan is higher T than a meat eater who lives off cheap supermarket meat and eggs.

I highly doubt that considering they often replace meat with soy products, which is the most estrogen-increasing food out there.
 
I use olive oil A LOT when cooking. Any time I prepare meat or potatoes, pretty much. It's great.
 
I eat both mushrooms and olive oil almost every day, so this is lifefuel ngl

A lot of meat might as well be a soy product. Don't get me wrong, I am pro meat, but if it's not clean it's not worth it at all.
