Low effort posts are more fun and easier to read. and if you have a shit attention span you won't read high effort posts anyway.

In the end, it's for idiots to brag about their boredom just because they're reading, I just read out of my own free will, not because it's high or low effort, I just see what I want.
Making high effort long posts just for the sake of it sucks in my opinion. If it's actually interesting I will read it but the best threads are ones that can get an idea across without needing a wall of text
