There’s this delicious pizzeria not too far from where I live

It’s like, it’s the end of the day, I’m tired as fuck, I want to relax

But I can’t.

Because the only thing I’m supposed to eat tastes like shit or at least boring

Like who wants to eat an apple ?

So either I don’t eat and I’m completely apathetic and depressed, or, I eat the pizza, i get fatter and I get more dermatitis on my fucking face

What am I supposed to do
 
Eat lean meat like chicken or turkey u dont have to eat apples
 
ive head fat and good phases in my life, depends on my mental mood. the only 'advice' i can really say is the hardest part is building the habit....eventually you do get used to the lower calorie food
 
or even red meat its better than a pizza

I feel you. Pizza is just so good, but you'd stay fat or fatter. It's the dopamine that hit when you pizza arrive and eat it, but you'll feel shit later
 
you can eat a whole pizza that’s like 1200 calories and still lose weight, it just requires some planning.

Losing weight is a bitch though. My routine is 1500 calories a day (don’t go below this by the way or your hormones will crash) and 3 meals, about 500 calories each.

I havnet lost any weight this last 2 months even though Im supposed to be on a schedule

I need to start doing it srs
 
I try to watch movies about the epidemic of obesity and fat people so as not to break off the diet when I lost 10 kg. Otherwise, there are quite a lot of products with low calories and good dampness - buckwheat, low-fat cottage cheese, boiled chicken.

smoke weed, not the potent type. The balanced type, that shit made me skinny as a stick in my late teens

Unironically do nicotine, that shit kills appetite so much, since I started smoking I have lost about 6 kg
 
Being fat must feel worse to you than eating shit healthy food.
 
I fluctuate between being a bit of a fatass and being in pretty good shape, I've noticed things get much easier when I drink a fuck ton of water or chew gum most of the day. It helps to stay busy and keep your mind off of food too, I think I lost the most weight I've ever lost when I got addicted to league back in college and wouldn't eat because I was too busy losing 12 matches a day.
 
The primary truth of dieting calories in calories out

But the second truth is satiety and caloric density. And the core of that is that simple carbohydrates are not going to fill you up and you're just going to over eat. So don't eat pasta or desserts
