Some time ago I was a loose ball of lard (similar to hay bales in the movies), and with just the use (/ abuse) of guarana I dropped 15kg in two weeks, both because I didn't eat (guaranine + caffeine ) and the fat-burning effect of the caffeine itself. The price to pay? Panic attacks, depersonalization, anorexia, depression, anemia. But I still managed to lose weight.
Now with the covid period, the gyms closed and my neet in "off" I'm gaining weight, and I have already gained 7kg in a few weeks. I'm afraid of getting fat again, but my recent quitting doesn't help with the diet (nervous hunger).
I would like to use guarana again, but I fear going back to the hospital for a caffeine overdose.

Do you have alternatives that are equally valid but less harmful? I had thought of yerba mate or ephedra

No, I diluted 3 / 4gr of powder in water and drank (it didn't actually dissolve, so once I turned it quickly I drank it all).

It tasted like soil tbh. However, in soft drinks the doses are really low, you would have to drink a dozen to reach the amount that I used in a single drink.

Just eat less for fuck sakes.

You'll ultimately have to use your own mind to control your weight, infatuation with potions and gimmicks is not going to help.
 
Omega cope. It's all about calorie deficit. Just eat high protein-high fibre- low carb diet about 2000 Calories and move more. It's that simple.

Theres a new diet that's getting really popular. It's called the Don't Eat So Much You Fatass diet.

Seriously you can LDAR and still lose weight. Basically cut out all alcohol, dairy products of all kinds, and no candy, chips, or snacks. I also skip breakfast cause the 3 meals a day is really only if you have an active lifestyle. If you are LDARing you really don't need to eat all that much.

Try the warrior diet. Worked for me. But you need to hit the weights to burn stubborn fat.
