I work in a government office in a small town outside of Dallas Texas (deep south.) Mostly black/hispanic women. I work with some of the fattest and ugliest ppl on planet earth.
Virtually all their boyfriends and husbands are overweight/obese themselves or those low income black/hispanic/non-European immigrant men. The only one with anyone close to a "Chad" is this obese, short hispanic woman and her muscular, black boyfriend. However, her boyfriend works for a grocery store in his 20s.
Almost all obese women are with overweight/obese men or low income black/hispanic/non-European immigrant men in the long run. This is more of an exception.

Yeah. I’ve tried to talk to them. I just can’t fucking make conversation with females usually. Most women don’t like talking to me and will only give one word answers, and not engage in the conversation. The very few that actually engage in proper conversation are always way older than me (not necessarily bad as I’d still fuck them), but all the ones who I manage to actually talk to have a boyfriend or some shit.
There’s this one asian woman I know as an acquaintance who will actually talk to me and is ok to get along with, but she has a boyfriend. I literally think the whole reason she seems ok with talking to me is because I’m white and she’s Asian. I swear, if this wasn’t someone I had to interact with on a regular basis and if she didn’t have a boyfriend, I’d shoot my shot on this one. She’s kinda chubby too so that’s a win.

Try finding them on Instagram/Facebook etc and messaging them. You can harvest Instagram accs off Tinder. It's effort and a numbers game, but you should at least get some conversations.
