Venting Lookism in the workplace wouldn't even be that bad if women were banned from it

The only reason lookism effects the workplace like it does is because women are allowed in it. Women are always the gatekeepers in the workplace who decide who gets hired/promoted, if they think you are ugly they won't respect you and it's over.
Most males can respect sub5s that are actually talented and recognize what they bring to the table so its possible to be treated with respect by them even if you are ugly. If something work related requires you to go through a female gatekeeper you can rest assured that it's over, doesn't matter how long you've been there or how good of a worker you are it's going to the most attractive man working there or (even more likely) another female.
Funny females gaslight us into getting jobs but then don't let us in or treat us like shit after we do get in.
This is the reason women need to be banned from the workplace, it creates an anti-male environment. Men do all the work, when you treat us like shit and gatekeep us nothing gets done.

Reality would genuinely be bearable if looks only affected your social interactions with women, but it doesn't. Do talented subfives get respect? It seems like they're looked upon as court jesters or show-offs by people until they statusmaxx. idk you but you might not actually be a truecel if you never experienced males looking down on you, ignoring you, outcasting you, or even being against you for simply existing in your school years (or worse in your work life).
