TOR is really simple. Just download TOR, disable javascript and look for onion wikis and whatnot. VPNs aren't really trustworthy in my opinion, with very rare (and paid) exceptions.

Stay away from underage porn though, boyo. It's not worth the risk. If I can resist so can you.
