This is not to get laid. This is because otherwise my current mental state will fk me up. Idc if i get laid atm.
I always think of as exercises as " waste of time " because why bother gymceling if u live with mum and have no money? PRIORITIES first.
BUT. i actually have to train now and be more healthy, because my mind is in really weak point.
My aims are to START and KEEP doing these for a month or more:
More important:
1. Eat healthy, and only once daily in the evening, aka OMAD. lowers bodyfat, not necesarily lowers muscle tissue. I am not fat, mind you. also keeps your muscle growth hormone at elevated levels when you actually train and do your first meal, which is after training.
2. Workout 2 times at home per week. Try to finish training as soon as possible (the longer the training, the more time u waste and ur discipline lowers). But also go hard.
3. everyday stretch or something. even if just 5 min. makes lot of difference.
4.after workoout days eat 5 times in the day after with each meal containing protein. good for muscle gain.
Less important:
5. Buy few clothes.
6. one cold shower daily, wash properly
7. im on noshampoo for few months or more and it works good for my hair so ill continue it
8. i have long hair, idk should i shave it or not, who knows. i look better with long hair cause potato head and with hair my skull aint visible. Im also balding and it covers it. But long hair ruin my vision and sometimes look bad, i dont like to look bad/bring others attention when outside
9. buy new eyeglasses cuz these broken
10. format my pc cause it has a lot of kinky shit and possibly not something id like people to see (example weird porn fetish or crying about depression online) in case i eventually died by random, unintentional reason, and someone gained access to my pc. i dont want to do this step though cause lot of reinstalling etc
11.i know i have no viruses but probably should install antivirus.
