I think man has more chances to create relationship with woman in the small cities and in villages, because hypergamy in this places not as strong as in big cities.
What you think about my idea?

Like @trying to ascend is saying, if you're trying to get a girl in a small commune, chances are they won't accept you to begin with.

Doesn't matter if you're in a town of like 3,000 or whatever, though.

Also, good luck finding a place in the West that isn't completely consumed by hypergamy.

This! Small communities are close knit and tight. Very difficult for ugly outsider to be accepted.
