Most people don't even get married until their late 20's or even 30's, and we all know what this means. Fornication, which leads to lack of pair bonding, decreased sensitivity to adultery, STDs, and hypergamy. This is why arranged marriages should be performed early on.
It is also important for regional governments to do this. For example, if a high school is comprised of 5 towns, then that government will also cover those 5 towns. The wise men of the council will know all the teens of the town, and will therefore be able to make a good match in terms of looks, interests, etc.
Many people will say that this is a bad idea because people in their teens don't know what they want. I disagree. Most if not all teens are still bluepilled and believe in "true love". They only become blackpilled after years of being dumped, cheated on, ignored, etc. By marrying them early, they will grow to appreciate each other. This will take out all the guesswork and heartbreak.
To cap this off, any person, male or female, who violates this marriage is thrown and prison and permanently banned from marrying, as to discourage similar behavior from others, for tarnishing what is supposed to be a scared bond.
