Lobotomy has been my interest as of recently, it is not something extremely complicated, rather, it can be done with just a stick bar. Lobotomy is a rudimentary operation that does not account for differences in brain wirings/chemicals, hence unpredictability .But one thing is, foids need to be "lobotomized" one way or another, perhaps a tailor-made solution for them.
