Has anyone tried the "run away from society and live in the woods" meme? I made several attempts to do it but each time had to abandon it for fear of getting caught.

• First attempt - checked out the woods near my house (I often went there as a kid) until I ran into a "trespassers will be prosecuted - you're on camera" sign. Found this in many other places nearby.
• Tried finding a spot in a park after I read the story of the guy in London who lived in a park for years. But found it too risky with all the people who visited and patrolling park rangers.
• Went in some real deep woods that had no signs, brought backpack with gear planning to build a shelter. Thought no way anyone will find me in here. Then encountered a hunter and nearly pissed myself, told them I got lost then ran out of there. Happened twice.
• Last attempt - found some woods that was owned by a real estate investor, so thought no one would be hunting in it. I spent a few months making regular trips to it, clearing vegetation, planting a garden and digging a hole for my shelter. Then put up a fence for my garden since deer kept eating it. I think that made someone notice it who came and destroyed everything. I came back a couple months later to collect the tools I had left, and the whole area had been cleared.

After that I gave up and just bought a shitty overpriced vacant lot in the city so I could at least practice growing crops and building a shelter without worrying about being shot by a hunter or some jew landlord calling the cops on me. Although now I have to worry about some jew bureaucrat charging me for not conforming to building codes. I'm so sick of this shit I just want to fuck off from this homosexual society and be in peace, but they don't want us doing that because then we wouldn't have to wageslave or depend on the system.

If you can still enjoy copes good for you, but once you no longer enjoy anything soyciety offers, I think the only way to be content is living in nature.

I've been looking for something like that the past 2 years, but lately investors have been buying up fucking everything. I've gone to auctions where a couple acres of forest or farmland gets sold for six figures. And anything with running water on it will be much more expensive. Unless you go to a very remote place. But even living in the wilderness you'll have to make trips to the store on occasion, at least until you're well established.

I did it for 30years
