wtf do I do, I need to gain strength otherwise my arthritis will destroy my life. How do I fix this?

If you want a real answer, diet + working out. Eat something rich in protein like eggs. Do dumbbell curls so you can work up to a push up. I dont have a particular diet in mind, really just try to focus on eating healthy foods. Back when i gymmaxxed, i would eat eggs, ground beef, oikos yogurt, romaine, and lots of fruits and vegetables. I have never tried protein shakes so i cant speak to how helpful they would be. My rule of thumb was to eat around 2000 calories a day. Typically id eat eggs in the morning, maybe a sandwich for lunch, make something with the ground beef, and then id eat yogurt or salad after. I also used to eat these Healthy Choice dinners that weren’t too bad.
