Something I nowadays always do is listening to (fictitious/real) marching music while going into the forests (sometimes at night), it's unironically based and it helps me to be more active (walked >100km this month and >200km in the last month), I also started to know some of the texts by hard, like for example "Wir sind des Geyers schwarzer Haufen" (which was a song in a peasant uprising and a song sung by soldiers in WWII and by workers in the DDR), which is my favorite song so far. This is probably one of the few lifefuel moments I nowadays get.

I had an album of Landsknecht marching songs singed by Botho Lucas Chor, it's still one of my favorite music albums
