I think if u go overboard it will look uncanny but 2 inches on each part of the leg doesn't seem that unproportional, I will not get women but I will be in that averageish height category and not looked upon like an anomaly

Having bad proportions won't look anywhere as bad as being short, even wearing shoe lifts changes the way people see you. Definitely life changing if you're nt and look good. I wouldn't do it since im poor, ugly and bad at socialising.
