I can't think of anything more boring and mind-numbing than lifting weights.
It's an insult to my intellect to be spending time picking up weights just to lay them down again.
There is no more low IQ activity than lifting weights - OF COURSE - it's worshipped in this godforsaken brainrotten society.

When low IQ normies see a muscle guy they go "wow he so goodlooking, I want to be like him :soy: :foidSoy:"
When I see a muscle guy I go "wow, how much time this guy must've spent doing the most braindead, mind-numbing activity a man could do, what a waste of life, what a waste of sentient time."

I’m lean and muscular without touching a weight I just do sports and go hiking sometimes
 
Gym can be a good cope and can increase your health, if used wisely (will have the opposite effect if overdo), and can also increase male respect.
It's a tool. In some situations and for some goals and for some people it's exactly what they need, and a waste of time for others.

For example, if you have a good height and good frame, you can use it to your advantage and ogremaxx (won't bring you pussy if sub5, but will increase respect), if you have a bad back light gymcelling will save you lots of suffering. Some guys also feel significantly less depressed when physically active.

If you're a physically ill sub5 broke manlet I wouldn't gymcel, as it can possibly make things worse (you'll fuck up your already weak health and hormonal profile), better spend your time moneymaxxing instead while you're still young.

I'm gonna continue working out tho and then hopefully go the gym cause I want a better looking body also because my broken shit-gened body generates way too little muscle so I need to exercise in order to have as much muscle as a normal person, so that all the weight won't be put on my joints and disks, to prevent them from getting damaged even further.

Whether you need to push a tree log or medium sized rock, or pull yourself up a tree branch, your body dedicates resources to adapt to that stress so that it's not as stressful for you in the future. These adaptations are how your body gets fitter and stronger over time, so you don't die of a heart attack when you go for a sprint or tear your muscles when you need to exert yourself in life or death situations.

Granted, it is repetitive, and that can be very boring (whatever), but that's by design. Building strength and muscle is hard for your body. It's metabolically expensive and takes a long time. This is why you need to train repetitively, gradually and incrementally. If you could get strong just from lifting something once, we'd all be supermen and wouldn't actually need to do any kind of physical exercise.

I rarely agree with you, but this thread is 100% true.

Even when I need to lift anything, I would do that with any sense like helping my father in garden or some house renovation. Or if became farmer nearby Russian and Lithuanian border etc.

But gym coping has lost its main objective of improving or maintaining physical health but became a genetic predisposition contest where looks and visible muscle growth are the core.

Maybe try just a 4 or 5 lifts but do them very slowly. That way it's over quick and you'll still get some benefit.
