It's Over Lifting belt reveal

This is an extra small lifting belt I use, every other male gym goer I know tried to put it on and nearly died as my frame is this small and petite. I am such an ectomorph barely any other guy can wear this.

I really got a "small" waist just for me to look like a Roblox character.

How is having a small waist bad? Small waist is a huge pro when it comes to bodybuilding because you can get a good v-taper.

Its probably from wide hips sadly, just getting lean wont fix it

So small waist, narrow clavs, underdeveloped everything basically, you can probably get surgery for the clavicles if you care enough which should make you look pretty decent ecpescially when you put on muscle

i thought so too but getting lean got rid of most, but my waists is around normal or a little wider then average.

and i have a decent v taper from working out my shoulders and back, i wish my waist was smaller, but i cant change it, so just trying to make shoulders bigger

they are on the wider side, when im not lean thats where my love handles come out, thats what i really hate, but when i get leaner it will be like straight down and not stick out, the yellow is like on my pelvis, and thats where the fat will sit

I am a poorfag ever since then and can't afford a decent lifting belt so I do my lifts raw.

yh my pelvis is wider then average, but im lucky that my shoulders are aswell
