Absolutely. He's tall, has some good facial bone structure although he's norwooding, don't know how old he is, perhaps it wasn't as bad when he was younger. But you can tell from his verbal and nonverbal communication that he isn't NT and he's not good looking enough to have his looks make up for his mental issues.
If he was NT, he could certainly get a decent looking Asian or ethnic foid. He probably could get a Becky tier white girl, TBH.
