I try to force myself to believe that I'm improving for myself, but at the end of the day I do want to impress people. At the very least other males don't care about face or race so if you got the frame by working out, they'll respect you for it.

true same I like to say that I am doing it for myself or a greater cause but deep down i know its because i want to impress others and get laid.
