A relatively happy person: I woke up early, I ate my meds, I breathed fresh air, I'm healthy and I had sex.

A depressed suicidal person who believes that life fucks us all: I slept for 18 hours, I'm off my meds, I ate bread all day, I inhaled dust, I have brain problems, and I don't have sex.
