If you have a job/college you have to wake yourself up, brush your teeth, cram food down your throat and then drive to your job where you will perform emasculating, demeaning, unfulfilling labor that contributes little to nothing to society. You get home with no wife with food ready, no golden retriever to carry your slippers, and no kids to be around.
If you are a NEET you wake up knowing that you have to live another day where you will do nothing at all besides stare at a screen. Everyday will be the same as the one that came before it and the one that will come after, and they will begin to blend in. If you were in a coma for a year barely anything in your personal life would be any different. When you go to sleep there will be no one in your bed to cuddle. You just have to sit there with your thoughts until your mind slowly drifts off. You wake up again to continue the cycle as each day takes a toll on you and tests your patience. If you don't kill yourself soon you might go postal.
Barely anybody will die a noble death. You can't die defending your honor because you were never given any in the first place, and your society no longer values honor or virtue. You could die for (((your nation))) (rich jews) but you won't die defending it. You will die for it's shareholders. You can die young or old, but all the same you will die alone and regretful. Even if you do die a noble death 99.99% of people will utterly hate you.
Loneliness is heartbreaking but trying to hang out with people is so frustrating. Trying to maintain a friendship/relationship is a chore that takes up so much valuable time and requires a deep emotional investment into someone. 99% of people are so similar that you gain nothing from knowing them that you wouldn't have from anyone else. And you have to ignore and repress the fact that you will probably at some point lose your relationship with them (especially if it is a romantic, not platonic relationship).
The things that will bring you pleasure are mostly things that bring material, carnal pleasure rather than anything higher than that. It will be hard to point out what it is that's missing, and why you feel so void despite having done something fun but that void feeling will remain regardless.
I hate everything. All of this is why people have to lie to you in order to make you not commit suicide ("I promise it will get better"), because the horrors of modern day society are inescapable. The only solutions they have are glorified drugs (SSRIs, Xanax, marijuana, psychedelics), but those only solve some of the symptoms, and even then it doesn't actually help that much.
