Even if you somehow manage to get a great body it means literally nothing to women. Most of them would prefer obese guy with good facial bones over gym maxxed ugly guy. And on top of that even if you are ripped you can only show your body at the beach and even than I heard multiple women saying they don't like ultra lean and muscular guys

It really depends on her tastes, but in generla yeah probably.
But women want aperson of high value in lineage/ cosmic hierarchy they project from their personal perspective of the intuited/ felt dominance hierarchy.
