Graduated college at 21, lived with my parents for a bit then bought my own house at 22. For nearly 2 years now I've come home after my downtown wageslave job to.... nothing. No wife. No kids (of which I want many). Not even a dog cause it cant be alone all day when I'm gone. Shitload of money (nearly $1300 a month) on a mortgage and a car payment for what exactly? To provide for what family? I don't care much for it personally, but it was for the family I was supposed to have by now.

I urge all people still in formal education to exhaust every possible solution before leaving. Life after college and/or NEETdom is pure hopelessness.

Show off what I "have"? To whom? For what purpose? I don't see women... I work in an engineering office and go to an extremely traditional church. My house is not big nor fancy nor nice, and my car is new, but a low end model. It's not like i have a 3000 square foot, $250k house and driving a bmw or something. I have a shitty house in a semi white trash neighborhood and a low end honda.

These things don't do much for me and definitely don't impress others.

Family cares, I still see them weekly, but they pulled the massive boomer by kicking me out at 21 (my mother had to beg my father not to kick me out at 19). They're good people. IF they're kicking you out, there's not much you can do... its seems to be an american boomer thing.

By the way, I envy you. Besides females, your life is actually acceptable. I say, it is not the absolute best, but acceptable. You do not have to work in an absolute physical environment like warehouse logistics for little money. You saved a spot within an office environment, most likely you do have an apprenticeship (otherwise you would not have such a job). You have a place for your own, a driver licence and a somewhat decent car. This is what I call a foundation. The only thing you are missing, is a female. I miss everything...
