I chose 1750 as a starting date because the muslim "gunpowder Empires" were all in decline by then. I don't think the Spanish Empire clearly mogged the Mughal Empire or the Ottoman Empire by that much in 1500.

I'm not really an egalitarian but I take the view that other races are different - comparing whites to Africans is like comparing Apples and Bananas. An Apple will never be a banana - they have entirely different characteristics and evolutionary stories and selection pressures behind them. This seething racial resentment and inferiority complex is a natural result of multiculturalism, Jewish subversion and race mixing which always ends in tears. I'm sure other races were just as adapted to their environment and have their own talents and abilities.
I judge people on their individual merits.

I’d say they are the most superior culturally, as they have the most advanced and impressive accomplishments of any race.
But individually? I met many smart white people in my life, but I’ve also met a lot of white trash in my life as well. But, whites have the most high IQ on average. So, they do pretty much mog other races like blacks for example in terms of average IQ and individualistic intelligence. But like i’ve said before, being white isn’t automatically going to make you intelligent ( because as i’ve said - i’ve met some stupid whites in my life before as well).
