-He had little to no education
-His parents broke up/mother died later on
-failed utterly with women
-failed at academia/was rejected from art school
-was homeless
-no drivers license(well cars where a rariety at the time of his youth,especially in Austria)
-became low ranking grunt in WW1 and despite his courage and his good reputation did not ever get a higher rank
-was blinded after the war for some time
-became obsessed with the politics of Germany and a fierce enemy of Weimar Germany
-is a spy for the Munich government; path to ascendence is laid down as he infiltrate the DAP and actually becomes a member

From this point on we know history and Hitler despite his backround becoming the leader of one of the major industrial nations and, negative or positively, one of the most influential human beings ever, even postmortem. This seperates him from nearly all modern politicians(modern in the context of the last 300 years) who mostly were highly educated, very social and part of various lodges such as of the Freemasons,Skull and Bones or Bnai Brith.
He also turned from an Incel to a Volcel eventhough as the Leader(Führer) he could have women all the time anytime he chose to not ever engage even sexually with one woman during his liifetime.
