That's because they, as everybody, have no real morals. Their moral system is based on dogmatism and not rational and coherent trains of thought. They will oppose things in one situation, but support them in an equivalent one, because their opposition or support of said behaviour comes from a personal dogma, and not a coherent belief that certain behaviours are wrong. They are not consistent because they are not sincere in their positions. In their case, their personal resentment against incels is no different from the resentment towards certain collectives they claim to protest. Anyone you want to look at, you will see that they find a group of people defined by one identity factor, and they will indiscriminately hate that group of people as a way to vent their internal frustrations and lack of realization. Hate is really something all humans need, because it is liberating for them when they are stressed, and modern societies maximize the stress levels the average human is subjected to. On a cognitive level, the only difference between IT users, true crime fans, far-rightists, far-leftists, or any person you want to think of, is that some people vent their hate in a more socially accepted manner than others. Their dislike of a group of people comes first from emotions, and secondly from rationale. Or rather, there is no rationale, as reason only serves as a way to verbally sustain positions which they would've had regardless, because they come from preconceived dogmas.

Human intelligence did not evolved beyond a certain point because it's so worthwhile to have really high INT stat in nature.
Building a weapon? How nice of you, now this bigger man with more reach can take it from you and use it for himself. Or maybe he just copies what you did, so you got minimal personal advantage out of your exceptional smarts. Maybe your entire tribe copies you, so now the advantage is equalized with all your ingroup competitors. But since you invested in INT, while the rest invested in AGI and STR, you will be outperformed in the next hunt and fall behind the other men of the tribe again.

Your big brain makes you wanna try some new method of doing something? 9/10 times, your attempts will end in failure and possibly self-harm. There are far more ways to do things wrong or not quite right than there are to do them well enough. Even with high INT, you won't be able to reason any underlying principle of the world out for yourself.

So how did human intelligence get selected for? In the social arena.
This is where being smart pays off. In manipulating others, in forging alliances and predicting what other humans are going to do to harm you. This is when human intelligence exploded upwards, after the PvP element of the game had become more important for genetic fitness than the PvE elements.
Which explains many human typical behaviors and flaws.

The "sunk cost fallacy" is a fallacy only when you don't factor in reputational costs. If you admit that you were wrong too easily, you look weak, and you bring shame on the people that supported your inital position. It becomes worthwhile to keep investing into a failed venture just so you can keep face and make excuses for why you are not having success, instead of admitting your failures. The social currency is worth more than whatever you are losing in physical value by sinking recources into something that is not working out.

Why are normies amoral creatures that would accept anything if society demanded it from them strongly enough? Because our human mind is optimized for winning in the social arena.
Why do normies believe their own lies? Because believing your own lies is an advantageous trait in the social arena. It reduces the overhead cost, you don't have to keep two versions of reality in your head, only the lies you want to tell, and you can't give your lying away through nervousness and behavioral clues if you aren't nervous because you really do believe your own BS.
